Music producer, fashion designer and bona-fide style guru, Taz Arnold does it all - Inspired from a young age by bohemian parents - his mother still makes her own clothes and his father has been interested in fashion since the early ‘60s - it’s no surprise that Arnold has developed his own quirky and attention-grabbing style.
The California native studied at Santa Monica College where he began mixing his love of both music and fashion. Since then he has created Sa-Ra, a hip-hop production group and performing act, started his own line, TI$A (Taz Is So Arnold) which sells graphic tees, baseball hats and hoodies, and worked with the likes of Kanye West, Iggy Pop and Herbie Hancock. If his impressive resume doesn't convince you that he knows what he's doing, then his ability to mix Chanel and gold teeth will.
Arnold is the first to admit that he likes exclusivity and has a taste for the finer things in life, but goes on to say that “guys only have a few things to speak with, they don’t have a lot of options.” With that in mind, it makes sense that he takes every opportunity to express himself, whether it's through a patterned knee sock or bright Versace sunglasses.
