A lot of folks were startled when Chanel selected the somewhat punky Alice Dellal - socialite, sometime model and tattooed drummer in the band Thrush Metal - as the new "face" of Boy Chanel handbags. Turns out she was startled too. "So weird...so unexpected," she says in the video above, in which she talks about being selected and shares her thoughts about the handbags. "Chanel means elegance, casual elegance," she says.
